The time frame for order delivery is divided into multiple parts:

• Order placement: Our intake team will contact you for any necessary customizations or questions regarding your order.
• Processing time: Order verification for any necessary customization.
• Manufacturing time: If your order is not in stock and requires manufacturing, customizations, our team will communicate with you the estimated time to manufacture.
• Dispatch: All orders are shipped within 24 business hours after the entire order is manufactured, packaged, and inspected for quality. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
